Ward Christmas Luau....

I found out something interesting today when I was making posters to advertise the Ward Christmas Party. I was at the Bishop's house using Maxine's art supplies and I was going to put dinner down and the Bishop told me it was a luau not a dinner. "What?" I said. "Yes, whenever there is Hawaiian food it is a luau." he said. Hmmm, that means we have been to about 15 luaus since we have been here and we never even knew it. We thought there had to be hula girls, ukuleles, fire dancers and Hawaiian singing to be a luau. Not so. Just food, fun and great company and there you go you have a luau!
